Off To The Races: RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 Predictions
Y’all know I love me some drag queens. I’m what you might call a drag aficionado, and Drag Race is my favorite show on television hands down. It gives you the best parts of any reality show all in one. Every episode contains a make over, modeling, fashion, attitude and so much more. The only thing these queens don’t do is cook (which is the only reason I still need to watch Food Network).
.
Since last season had so many talented queens I was a little worried about how this season’s girls would stand up to the challenge. After watching last night’s season 4 premiere episode I can already tell that some stand out as fierce Heathers and some are straight-up boogers. But my favorite part of this new season is that RuPaul isn’t taking any shit. She is judging, judging, judging and I love every second of it. The steaks are high this year and my girl Ru isn’t playing any games..
Here are some of my predictions and judgments for the season.
.
.
Heathers
Jiggly Caliente - 30, Queens, NY. Jiggly is already by far one of my favorite girls. She is so funny and cute. I don’t care that she was in the bottom two, she brought that lip sync down.REPRESENT QUEENS HUNTY!
.
Kenya Michaels - 21, Dorado, PR. Shes a prettier Yara Sofia copy. But I love Yara Sofia, so that is one of the best compliments I can give..
.
.
Milan - 36, New York, NY. I thought Milan Killed this first challenge, and was frankly confused that she didn’t win it. I thought her outfit was out of control, and she tore up the run way. She will go far in this competition..
.
Phi Phi O’Hara - 25, Chicago, IL. So cute as a boy. I kept thinking, “Who is this beautiful boy and why is he on the screen and not on my couch?” Also, one of my top three looks of the night. I thought the proportions were on point and she was so confident on the runway. (Also, when she called out Willam in “Untucked”… I live for it).
Latrice Royale - 39, South Beach, FL. Big girl, you are beautiful. Love her & love her story. I don’t know if she’s the next drag superstar, but I’m in love. I think her downfall might be just having too much of an old school drag mentality..
.
Sharon Needles- 29, Pittsburgh, PA. Love love love her style. I can’t wait to see her put her twist on each challenge. You can tell she is a polished queen who knows what she’s doing and I can’t wait to see more..
.
The Princess - 32, Chicago, IL. With some serious costuming skills and a completely versatile drag look, The Princess will definitely go far. I think she was a bit in her own head that first episode, but we are going to see a fan favorite bust out any second..
.
.
.
Boogers
Alisa Summers - 23, Tampa, FL. BYE BITCH. #firsttogo.
.
.
.
Chad Michaels - 40, San Diego, CA. That face. I can not. I can’t even. The plastic surgery I can not..
.
.
DiDa Ritz - 25, Chicago, IL. Basic….
.
.
.
Lashauwn Beyond - 21, Ft. Lauderdale , FL. In the top two, and I feel like it was a complete accident. I think a lot of other queen’s looks were better..
.
...
Madame LaQueer - 29, Carolina, PR. The one that is going to be forgotten about this season..
.
.
.
Willam - 29, Los Angeles, CA. Successful, yet still making me yawn.
